Frenchman's Cove, just west of Port Antonio. The water appears freezing when you step in, as the cove is at a point where a beautiful river enters the sea. If you brave it and wade in, however, there is warm water and white sand. Nothing else would be acceptable! Arabella is just getting braver and braver with waves and water; jumping and bobbing in her waterwings (the latter known to us as pompom palavers - obvious to anyone familiar with the work of Lynley Dodd....).
