Whilst in Negril last week, I finally braved my Discover Scuba course. 45 mins in the pool and 45 in the sea. An amazing experience, beautiful reef, corals, a respectable sized moray. I also won a world record for the greatest volume of salt water ever contained in a single human sinus system. A fairly specific record, but one I am proud of.
