Unexpectedly lovely weather at Bamburgh.

You know how everyone had an idea of which character they would want to be? The hen didn't want to be any of them, so lost interest quickly.

This was Easter - Hot Cross Buns in the garden.

A particularly wet camping trip - near Pickering, with the Ellis family, Felicity and Marcus

....and then a sunnier one - June 2011 - we took our brand new tent to Eskdale; the Pickering trip had convinced us that in the British climate it is handy to have a tent that you can stand up in.

And then we took our new green monster to the waterskiing weekend for Dave's 40th - I think we may have won the biggest tent prize - how lovely pitching it at midnight in the driving rain!

So very Bond.
