Just for any of you who have walked along this river by our house and know its normal levels - you can see on the grass that it has been higher recently, although not when I had a camera handy. Amazing too how fast it rises. There is usually at least 40 ft between the sign and the start of the river bank. Oh and a pebble 'beach' on the other side.
