Montego Bay Yacht Club, where we had a lovely lunch on Sunday. We watched a small catch of Dolphin fish (Mahi Mahi) being brought in. They are a beautiful and delicious fish - amazing colour when freshly caught. Arabella particularly enjoyed her luxury full-body ketchup skin treatment at lunch, so if you're after that attractive red stained look.......

At last! Your demented mother remembers the second punkt and the blogspot reappears . . . I can't believe how Arabella has grown. And that's just sitting in a cupboard!
